Preliminary schedule for upazila elections in 64 districts released, voting in October

The Election Commission has released the preliminary schedule for upazila elections in all 64 districts. The polls are likely to be held in the first week of October.

Commissioners said updating voter rolls and digital ID verification are nearly done. Online vote counting and result publication will also be introduced.
